Access Personnel Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a large-scale, prestigious Civil Engineering project based in the North of Scotland, offering a minimum 18 months’ work with excellent long-term prospects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a flagship infrastructure project with a highly reputable team, delivering major civil engineering works in a challenging and rewarding environment.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating all site activities and subcontractors
  • Driving health, safety and environmental compliance on site
  • Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and budget
  • Supervising site teams and maintaining productivity
  • Liaising with engineers, project managers, clients and stakeholders
  • Managing RAMS, permits, site documentation and reporting
  • Maintaining quality control and ensuring project standards are achieved
  • Leading by example and promoting a strong safety-first culture

Requirements

Successful candidates must have:

  • Proven extensive experience delivering Civil Engineering projects as a Site Manager
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing large infrastructure or heavy civils projects preferred
  • Ability to work in remote project environments
