Working with Agilité:

Agilité is a growing organisation, renowned for its ‘can-do’ attitude and a client roster that includes international names such as Lululemon, General Motors, Five Guys, Fred Perry, NBA, Nespresso, to name a few.

We are a general contractor and fit-out company for both tertiary and commercial spaces, working across Europe with international clients.

With a headcount of 86 full-time employees across six European offices – France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom and Luxembourg – made up of eighteen different nationalities, our bilingual team offers the opportunity to carry out turnkey projects for international brands across the continent.

The ideal candidate will have a professional and proactive approach. He will need to have effective communication and significant experience in project as a planner on fit-out projects. This role would be suitable for a candidate with an organised and methodical character, happy to work independently but nevertheless part of a project team.

We are seeking an experienced planner to lead project planning and scheduling activities across complex construction projects. This role is critical in driving project success through strategic planning, risk analysis, and proactive schedule management. The planner will work closely with project leadership to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Lead the development of detailed baseline schedules for large-scale or complex construction projects
  • Oversee planning activities across multiple projects or phases
  • Establish and manage critical path analysis and float management
  • Provide strategic input into construction methodologies, sequencing, and logistics
  • Monitor progress, assess delays, and implement recovery plans
  • Conduct advanced schedule risk analysis and scenario planning
  • Review and validate subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master program
  • Support commercial teams with tender planning, claims analysis, and extension of time (EOT) submissions
  • Mentor and guide project managers and junior planners
  • Lead planning meetings and present schedule performance to senior stakeholders and clients
  • Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and reporting requirements

Qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field
  • Five to seven+ years of experience in construction planning and scheduling
  • Strong experience on large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 (preferred) or equivalent planning tools
  • Solid understanding of project controls, cost management and contract administration
