ABOUT CARE SURGICAL

Care Surgical is a rapidly expanding medical device company dedicated to providing high-quality surgical products used in operating theatres worldwide.

We are proud to work in a clean, quality-controlled environment where teamwork, reliability and attention to detail are valued. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and proactive Distributor Account & Export Co-ordinator to support our international distributors and export shipment processes.

THE ROLE

This is a customer-facing administrative and co-ordination role supporting our distributor accounts and export shipments. The Distributor Account & Export Co-ordinator will act as a key point of contact for distributors, helping to ensure orders, shipment updates, documentation and queries are managed efficiently and professionally.

This role would suit someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with customers, freight providers and internal teams. Full training is provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a day-to-day contact for distributors regarding orders, shipments and related queries
  • Respond to distributor emails and requests in a timely, professional and accurate manner
  • Provide updates on order status, dispatch dates, shipment progress and delivery information
  • Coordinate export shipments with warehouse teams, couriers, freight forwarders and internal departments
  • Prepare, check and send export documentation where required
  • Liaise with internal teams to obtain order, stock, dispatch and documentation information
  • Monitor export shipments and follow up on delays or missing information
  • Communicate any shipment delays, documentation issues or customer concerns promptly
  • Keep accurate records of distributor communications, shipment details and export paperwork
  • Support the resolution of customer queries, shipment issues and delivery problems
  • Work closely with sales, finance, warehouse and logistics teams to support distributor requirements
  • Follow company procedures and support quality-controlled processes
  • Maintain a professional and organised approach to customer communication and administration

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support, logistics or export co-ordination
  • Experience liaising with customers, distributors, couriers or freight providers
  • Experience preparing or checking export documentation
  • Experience using order, inventory or shipment management systems
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, medical device or regulated environment
  • Experience working in a quality-controlled environment

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
