PART TIME DUTY MANAGER - London Based-Clubs Zones 1-3

Salary: £26,500 – £30,000 pro rata, dependent on experience

Zest Leisure Group is a privately owned company and one of the most successful franchise groups within the Anytime Fitness UK & Ireland network.

We are now looking for an ambitious, energetic, and service-driven Part Time Duty Manager to join our team.

The Role

As Part Time Duty Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the club while delivering exceptional service to members and supporting membership growth.

You will play an important role in maintaining high operational standards and creating a welcoming environment within the club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through outreach, inreach, corporate partnerships, and local marketing activity

  • Conduct prospect call drives and follow-up activity

  • Book tours and appointments with prospective members

  • Tour, engage, and sign up new members

  • Effectively use membership management software (ClubWise)

  • Support daily operational and cleaning tasks within the club

  • Handle member queries, feedback, and complaints professionally

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the member journey

  • Maintain high operational and presentation standards

Experience & Education

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

  • Fitness industry experience: 1 year (required)
