Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness for a commercial premises. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to creating a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior cleaning experience to contribute to a professional setting while developing their skills further.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, washrooms, and communal spaces, ensuring all surfaces are sanitised and presentable.
  • Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are required.
  • Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or contamination.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties to the relevant department.
  • Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within allocated timeframes.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of tools and equipment after use, maintaining hygiene standards.

Experience

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
  • Familiarity with different cleaning techniques and products is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
