ABOUT THE ROLE

Operating at the highest levels of international motorsport, M-Sport UK delivers programmes across the FIA World Rally Championship, Rally Raid and a variety of global customer racing activities. We’re looking to recruit a highly organised and attention-to-detail orientated Site Cleaner (Nights) to join our Site Maintenance team at our Dovenby Hall headquarters.

This is an important role in helping to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our facilities. Working as part of our wider Site Maintenance team, you will ensure that our offices, communal areas and facilities provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors.

This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week during night-time hours.

The role responsibilities include:

  • General Cleaning: Carry out routine cleaning duties across designated areas of the site, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently maintained.
  • Office & Communal Areas: Clean offices, meeting rooms, corridors, kitchens, washrooms and other communal spaces as required.
  • Waste Management: Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately in accordance with company standards.
  • Cleaning Standards: Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard, identifying and reporting any areas requiring additional attention.
  • Equipment & Supplies: Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and responsibly, reporting any faults or shortages where appropriate.
  • Health & Safety: Follow all relevant health and safety procedures, including the safe use and storage of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Site Presentation: Help ensure the Dovenby Hall facilities remain professional, clean and welcoming for employees and visitors.
  • Issue Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, hazards or concerns identified whilst carrying out cleaning duties to the appropriate personnel.
  • Teamwork: Work independently during scheduled shifts whilst maintaining effective communication with the wider Site Maintenance team.

  • Reliability: A dependable and punctual approach, with the ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • Health & Safety Awareness: An understanding of the importance of following health and safety procedures and using cleaning materials safely.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work positively as part of a wider team whilst also being comfortable working independently.
  • Flexibility: A willingness and adaptable approach to supporting the cleaning requirements of a busy and varied site.
  • Professionalism: A trustworthy and responsible approach when working across different areas of the business.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience within a commercial, industrial or office cleaning environment.
