Housekeeper

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Housekeeper to work alongside our current housekeeper, based in a busy family home in Sible Hedingham. You will be helping to ensure the home is kept clean, organised, and running smoothly at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout all areas of the house
  • Ensuring the home remains well organised and clutter-free
  • Monitoring and maintaining household stock levels
  • Carrying out grocery shopping and household purchasing as required
  • Organising clothing, laundry, and storage areas
  • Sorting cupboards and ensuring effective household organisation
  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the household
  • Supporting the existing housekeeper with general housekeeping duties

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work

Hours & Pay

  • Approximately 30–35 hours per week
  • Flexibility is essential, as hours may vary depending on household needs
  • £13.00 per hour
  • Must be able to drive
