Full job description

PART-TIME SUPERVISOR – COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL CLEANING

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Supervisor to join our team. This role entails leading and working alongside your team to complete commercial and residential cleaning to a high standard. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for opening and securing premises as needed.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a working cleaning position, you will be required to undertake cleaning duties alongside your team.

Hours:

  • Friday - Monday.
  • 10+ hours per week.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage cleaning staff across commercial and residential sites throughout the Norfolk area.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Manage inventory and distribution to ensure equipment is ready and delivered where needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to uphold high cleaning standards.
  • Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Assist with training staff on the job.
  • Responsible for securing premises as a Key Holder.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to drive - this role involves travelling to various sites.
  • Previous cleaning experience is essential.
  • Experience in supervising cleaning teams is preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety is advantageous.
