Family owned company based on the Kingston Bagpuize Business Park, Abingdon. We offer a whole of market exterior cleaning services to homes and businesses across Oxfordshire.

Most of our work is within 20 miles of the office. You would live within this area.

We do occasionally go further.

Position: Experienced Window Cleaner

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm +/-

Responsibilities:

• Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing services at various residential and commercial properties in Abingdon and surrounding areas
• Operate cleaning equipment, including ladders, poles, water-fed systems, gutter vac systems, pressure washers, generators etc
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a high standard of workmanship
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, exceeding client expectations
• Collaborate with team members to optimise efficiency and deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

• Previous experience in all methods of window cleaning
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Able to use App based technology as we are paperless. We use Jobber
• Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
• Live within our service area
• A valid UK driving license with 2 years experience and over 25 years old due to fleet insurance

Pay based on salary plus production bonus

Start on £25.500 per year, after 3 full months you will be eligible for a production bonus which is up to £3,000 per years by meeting achievable goals. £26/£28k after probation period. Pay increase pending from April 2025
