Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Job Overview

Precision Cleaning is proud to provide high-quality cleaning and disinfection services to the agricultural sector, primarily serving pig and poultry farms. Using high-powered pressure washers and industrial equipment, we deliver professional, reliable, and thorough results across all our worksites.

We are currently seeking a dedicated, hands-on Site Coordinator to support our Operations Manager and help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of multiple sites. This is not a desk-based position – we are looking for a strong leader who is happy to work shoulder to shoulder with the team while guiding, training, and coordinating daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and support team productivity.
  • Work directly alongside operatives, leading by example.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained, used correctly, and safely stored.
  • Deliver on-site training and guidance to ensure high-quality work standards.
  • Monitor performance and report back to the Operations Manager with site updates and requirements.
  • Coordinate multiple sites as needed, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met.
  • Support continuous improvement in cleaning practices, efficiency, and health & safety compliance.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

  • A valid driving licence (essential).
  • Willingness to start early (6:00 AM) and work variable hours depending on site demands.
  • Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule (mainly Saturdays, occasional Sundays).
  • Availability to work long hours during peak periods (potentially 60+ hours/week).
  • Physically fit and capable of handling demanding manual work.
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar or relevant role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and driven to help move the business forward.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a respected, growing business with a strong reputation in the agricultural sector.
  • Take on a key leadership role with hands-on involvement and the opportunity to influence daily operations.
  • Enjoy a team-focused environment that values commitment, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
