Are you experienced in holiday rental changeovers? Do you take pride in leaving a property spotless, stylish, and guest-ready? We’re looking for dedicated, detail-driven individuals to join our self-employed changeover team working across various stunning holiday lets in the BCP area and surroundings.
About the Role:
You will visit multiple properties to carry out full changeover cleans — resetting homes to the highest standard in preparation for the next guests. This includes cleaning, re-dressing beds, setting out essentials, and making sure every corner is immaculate. You’ll be the final set of eyes before new guests arrive — so attention to detail and pride in your work are essential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in holiday let changeovers or similar roles
- A sharp eye for detail and commitment to high standards
- A proactive approach – noticing issues and reporting or resolving them
- Reliability, efficiency, and great communication skills
- A vehicle is highly beneficial (some roles include linen collection and delivery, which is paid)
- Weekend and bank holiday availability is required
- A genuine passion for creating welcoming spaces
