Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner and a Window Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. If you take pride in your work and enjoy working outdoors, this position may be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of windows, frames, and sills using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Ensure the safe use of ladders and other equipment while working at heights.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area during and after each job.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on-site.
  • Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.

Experience

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning is essential; extra training will be provided.
  • A strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A valid driver's licence is required for travel between job sites.
