Wernick Hire, the UK’s largest and longest-standing provider of modular buildings and site accommodation, is looking for a dynamic Yard Operative/Cleaner to be a key player in our thriving depot!

Role Overview: Join our hardworking and enthusiastic team as a Yard Operative/Cleaner, where you'll play a vital role in the cleanliness, maintenance, and organisation of our cabins and yard. You’ll be responsible for preparing cabins, managing furniture returns, maintaining a tidy and safe workspace, and ensuring operational efficiency. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in their attention to detail, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep It Pristine: Clean, prepare, and maintain cabins and buildings as directed
  • Furniture : Manage the return and storage of furniture, ensuring every piece is returned to storage.
  • Efficiency: Help minimise material wastage while safely loading and unloading cabins and materials.
  • Yard : Keep our yard and workshop spotless and organised at all times.
  • Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by strictly following health and safety guidelines.

Skills and Experience:

  • Cabin Care Experience: Prior experience in cleaning or prepping cabins is a plus!
  • Multitasking: Handle a busy workload with ease and efficiency.
