Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Office Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone. This energetic position involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure our office spaces are spotless, organized, and hygienic. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute significantly to the overall well-being and productivity of our workplace. We are committed to providing a paid position that values your effort and dedication. Monday to Friday 17:30 - 20:00.

Responsibilities

  • Perform commercial cleaning duties across all office areas, including desks, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling protocols in designated areas
  • Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment responsibly to prevent accidents or damage
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
  • Maintain a tidy storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow

Experience

  • Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness in cleaning routines
  • Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
  • Knowledge of safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
