Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Holiday Cottage Cleaner and bring your energy and attention to detail to a vibrant hospitality environment! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the holiday cottage is spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests to enjoy a memorable stay. Your dedication will help create a warm and inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting where cleanliness and customer satisfaction are top priorities.

Duties

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the holiday cottages, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor patios
  • Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies to ensure comfort and convenience for guests
  • Remove trash, vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows to maintain a pristine environment
  • Conduct detailed inspections of each cottage to ensure all cleaning standards are met before guest arrival
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly for quick resolution
  • Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies inventory to ensure readiness for daily operations

Skills

  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality cleaning roles is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of janitorial procedures and cleaning techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
