Mobile Cleaning Supervisor – Training & Quality

Pay: £13.63-£13.89 per hour
Hours: 37–45 hours per week, depending on workload
Working pattern: Primarily Monday to Friday, with early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends as required
Location: Based at our Chesterfield head office (S44 5HS), travelling to client sites across the region. All work-related travel time is paid.

About Elite Contract Clean Limited

Elite Contract Clean Limited provides commercial cleaning services to offices, schools, medical centres and other commercial premises.

We're looking for a reliable, organised and approachable Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to help maintain cleaning standards, support our teams and deliver training across our customer sites.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in high standards, enjoys working with people and is happy to get involved in day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out site visits and cleaning audits, identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to cleaning staff.
• Deliver induction training to new employees and refresher training to existing staff.
• Demonstrate correct cleaning methods, equipment use and site-specific procedures.
• Support compliance with health and safety requirements, including COSHH.
• Follow up on cleaning issues identified through audits, customer feedback and site visits.
• Check cleaning stock and equipment and report any issues.
• Provide operational cleaning cover when required.
• Support staff performance and day-to-day site requirements.
• Report audit findings, training needs and operational concerns to management.
• Assist with recruitment and candidate interviews where appropriate.

What we're looking for

• A full, clean driving licence is essential.
• Commercial cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Experience supervising, training or supporting colleagues is an advantage.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high cleaning standards.
• Good communication skills and the confidence to guide others.
• A patient, approachable and practical attitude.
• Good organisation and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• Flexibility to meet operational requirements.
