Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Industrial Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction and maintenance tasks, utilising both hand tools and power tools to contribute to the successful completion of projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
  • Assist in the building and assembly of structures as directed by supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring that all tools and materials are stored properly.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with other workers on-site to achieve project goals efficiently.
  • Perform general labour tasks as required, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is required.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong physical stamina and the capability to perform manual tasks consistently throughout the day.
  • A positive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques related to construction and building processes.
