We are looking for a Cleaner to join our Premises Team.

The position is for a Lunchtime Cleaner working part-time, 5 hours per week. The hours of work are 11:30am - 12:30pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

To undertake daily cleaning tasks within designated areas of Pen Green Centre.

Each area has a specific cleaning schedule and tasks will include:

• Daily emptying and cleaning of waste paper bins
• Daily vacuuming and dusting/mopping of appropriate surfaces, including floors, table tops, skirting boards and windowsills
• Daily cleaning of glass areas to head height
• Daily cleaning of bathroom and toilet areas, including toilets, washbasins, tiles and mirrors
• Replenishing of paper towels and toilet tissue
• Daily cleaning of marks off of walls/paintwork

To undertake additional tasks as part of an agreed rolling programme, including:

• Restocking of cleaning materials as the need arises
• Deep cleaning on a rolling programme
• Deep cleaning of kitchen areas to include inside of cupboards and domestic electrical equipment including fridges and microwaves
