Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Morning and Evening Mobile Cleaner, working a minimum of 20 hours per week! This energetic role offers the opportunity to keep various locations spotless while enjoying the convenience of a company vehicle and paid travel. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across multiple sites, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors alike. The successful applicant will work alongside our Operations Team to cover a variety of different contracts covering staff holidays, sickness leave, completing specialist tasked work, stock delivery and training team members. Candidates must be available to work flexible hours in line with company requirements.

Rate of Pay; £14.00 per hour, with Company Car (vehicle is fully expensed by the company). Mileage allowance paid for travel time.

We guarantee to give you a minimum of 20 hours per week (additional hours available upon request) .

Candidates must be flexible to work between the hours of 5am to 10am and 6pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday (weekend 'on call' cover is required once a month in rotation).

Holiday Entitlement; 28 Days paid holiday per year

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of designated facilities during morning and evening shifts, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
  • Use company-provided vehicle to travel between different sites efficiently and safely.
  • Follow detailed cleaning protocols to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues and report them promptly.
  • Maintain accurate logs of completed tasks, travel times, and site conditions.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used responsibly and stored properly.
  • Communicate professionally with clients or site managers regarding any specific cleaning needs or concerns.

Skills

  • Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts.
  • Strong communication skills for clear reporting and professional interaction with team members and clients.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred for operating the company vehicle.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
