A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Cleaning Operative to join an existing fast paced team within our facilities division at Bespoke Facilities Management LTD a Company that is an equal opportunities employer.

We are looking for an experienced cleaning operative to join our existing team working at our site based in Thames Valley The successful candidate will be reliable and have good attention to detail.

What would be my role:

- Ensuring duties are performed correctly according to health and safety requirements

- Ensure the already high standards are maintained across the sites.

- Ensure health and safety and environmental regimes and policies are strictly adhered to.

- Ensure rostered duties are covered and attended promptly on site.

- Ensure that all accidents and incidents are reported to line manager.

- Be vigilant and report any potential risks and hazards to line manager.

- Ensure stocks are maintained, making sure to communicate requirements to line manager.

- To ensure all toilets are refreshed and sanitised all, toilet rolls, and hand towels are replenished in all required areas. Attention to detail very important

- Carry out cleaning duties in all areas within the demise including kitchenette, toilet facilities, reception area, stairwell, meeting rooms and workstations.

Full training will be provided.

- Operate and be competent in the use of all relevant site-based equipment, including that of the clients. Ensure all equipment and materials are managed in accordance with working procedures.

- Cleaning of commercial business properties including communal Kitchenette, toilet facilities, stairwells, corridors, reception areas and workstations.

Start date will from the 09th November 2026
