School Cleaner – Golden Crown Cleaning (WF5 Area)

Golden Crown Cleaning is looking for a reliable and dedicated Cleaner to join our friendly team, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students and staff.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a real difference in a school community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a variety of cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising classrooms and restrooms
  • Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Report any maintenance issues or repair needs to management
  • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, placing orders when necessary
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and school safeguarding policies

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous cleaning experience (ideally in a school or similar environment)
  • Good knowledge of cleaning products and safe equipment use
  • A Full Enhanced DBS with Child Barred List on Update Service
  • A reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused approach

Hours of Work to be available

  • Monday - Friday: 15:15-17:15
  • 1 ongoing position available
  • 1 Adhoc position available - shifts are for cover work

MUST HAVE:

  • DBS no older than 1 month, or
  • Be on the DBS update scheme
