ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a fast-growing facilities management company working with luxury retail clients in central Edinburgh. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team and ensure our high cleaning standards are consistently met across beautiful high-end retail locations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Supervising and motivating cleaning staff day-to-day
  • Supporting recruitment — helping to source and onboard new team members
  • Carrying out daily quality checks and site inspections
  • Supporting with cleaning duties when needed
  • Managing supplies and reporting issues to management
  • Liaising with store staff to ensure high satisfaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Supervisory experience: Previous experience managing a cleaning team is required.
  • Language: Must be able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)
  • Industry background: Experience in retail or luxury environments is a strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail with consistently high cleaning standards
  • Proactive and confident managing people and daily tasks
  • Good communication and basic administration skills
  • Available to work weekends
  • Right to work in the UK
