We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
• Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored safely.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks within set timeframes.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and their proper use is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
• A positive attitude towards work and a willingness to learn new techniques.
