Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cleaner to join our team to support and manage deep cleaning sessions in our two central Hereford shops. This will require approximately 4 shifts per week (12 hours of work) .

Responsibilities:

Follow the company cleaning procedures and systems and take responsibility for achieving the relevant cleaning quality every time

Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
Sanitise and disinfect surfaces regularly
Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
Notify management of any repairs required
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Must be flexible regarding hours and happy to work outside the company trading hours (early morning or evening) and to take full responsibility for securing the buildings after work.

Skills:

Attention to detail and a positive attitude

Punctual and totally reliable

Thorough but fast in your work and eager to learn and follow the Coffee Cart Way.

Ability to follow instructions but also work on your own initiative

Ensure you are aware of and comply with all Company health & safety procedures and standards at all times e.g. COSHH, uniforms & PPE, Manual handling etc.

Ensure that any health & safety hazards, issues, near misses and accidents are reported to your Manager at the earliest opportunity

Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic working environment at all times

Ensure all equipment provided is used, maintained & stored correctly in line with the operating instructions and company procedures and to report any defects immediately.

Experience:

2 plus years experience as a Cleaner essential

Must be able to supply two recent work references.

Excellent communication skills in English

Car driver so that you can easily travel between the shops

Hours: 10-12 hours per week with the possibility of extending these hours for the right candidate who can offer further skills such as maintenance work etc.

Working schedule will be discussed and finalised at the interview stage
