Full job description

Work Lyf is currently recruiting Domestic Cleaners to join a local hospital based in Cheadle Staffordshire. We are looking for flexible and reliable individuals who are able to cover a variety of shift patterns.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and want to join a healthcare environment where cleanliness, hygiene, and patient wellbeing are a priority.

Please note Cheadle is a seasonal hospital during the winter months.

This role is based over 7 days a week which includes weekends.

This is not a Monday-Friday position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment throughout the hospital
  • Respond promptly to cleaning requirements across the site
  • Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks as required
  • Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard
  • Follow relevant health and safety and infection control procedures
  • Support the smooth running of the hospital's domestic services

Hours of Work:

We are recruiting for candidates who are fully flexible and able to cover the following shift patterns;

  • 7.30am-1.30pm, 4 days on, 4 days off

Flexibility is essential, including availability to work weekends.
