Experienced Cleaners Wanted – Team Leader Training Provided

We are looking to hire two experienced cleaners with full driving licences to train as team leaders in our deep cleaning teams.

What We Offer:

  • PAYE role with full employee benefits, including holiday pay and a pension
  • Company vehicle assigned for work use (also available for commuting on working days)
  • Full training to progress into a leadership role
  • Regular work schedule: Monday to Friday + every second Saturday
  • Plenty of overtime available

Role Responsibilities:

  • Working in small teams (2-4 people), traveling in company vehicles with all necessary equipment
  • Carrying out a range of cleaning jobs across London
  • Learning to lead a team, communicate with the office, and ensure work is completed to a high standard
  • Conducting quality checks and signing off on completed work

Types of Cleaning Work:

  • End of tenancy cleaning (starting point)
  • Additional training for builders’ cleans, trauma cleaning (higher pay rates), post-fire cleaning, and mould cleaning

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in end of tenancy cleaning and/or carpet cleaning (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with the team and office
  • A proactive and responsible approach to work
