CLEANING SUPERVISOR – QUORUM BUSINESS PARK, NEWCASTLE

£13.21 per hour | 22.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 3:30pm–8:00pm

Permanent Position | Immediate Start Available

The Role

NIC Services Group is looking for an experienced, hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Quorum Business Park, Newcastle.

The role combines supervision of our cleaning team at NCFE with cleaning duties at Energy Supermarket, both based on Quorum Business Park.

Working Hours:

NCFE: 3:30pm–6:30pm
Energy Supermarket: 6:30pm–8:00pm
Monday to Friday – 22.5 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising and supporting the cleaning team at NCFE
  • Making sure cleaning standards remain consistently high
  • Carrying out regular checks of the building
  • Working alongside the cleaning team when required
  • Managing day-to-day cleaning and staffing issues
  • Keeping cleaning cupboards, equipment and materials organised
  • Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
  • Communicating with NIC management and the client
  • Completing cleaning duties at Energy Supermarket from 6:30pm–8:00pm

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone reliable, confident and hands-on who takes real pride in their work.

Previous cleaning experience is essential and supervisory experience would be an advantage.

You need to be comfortable leading a team, dealing with issues as they arise and getting stuck in yourself when needed.
