Full job description
- Family owned Care home in a rural location
- On site parking
- 15 minutes from Melton Mowbray.
- 20 - 30 minutes from outskirts of Nottingham, Loughborough and Leicester. (Own transport is needed as no public transport is available.)
- Domestic tasks, on a rota basis,
- Usual shift times are 7am – 3pm, 8am - 4pm and Alternate weekends
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain cleaning schedules
- Maintain residents rooms by cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing-
- Make / change beds- Remove miscellaneous debris- Clean toilets, commodes and sinks- Replenish supplies; e.g. bed linen, towels, flannels and PPE, etc
- Clean and vacuum floors
- Maintain furnishings by dusting and polishing
- Mend, launder and iron laundry
- Maintain safe, secure, and clean work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
