Job Summary
Lemon Cleaning is looking for a reliable and flexible Mobile Cleaner to join our growing team. This role is a minimum of 35 hours per week, with shifts scheduled within our operational hours of 8am - 10pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.

This will be cleaning a variety of commercial sites across Hampshire, working both independently and alongside other cleaners. There is an opportunity for overtime depending on our business requirements.

Working evenings is essential for this role.

You will travel between sites across:
Fareham, Portsmouth, Eastleigh, Southampton, Andover, Winchester and surrounding areas.

You must have a working mobile phone with mobile data and complete a basic DBS check.

As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering high cleaning standards across multiple client sites. You will follow cleaning schedules provided in advance and confirmed via the company app, ensuring all areas are cleaned thoroughly and professionally.

Duties

  • Carry out cleaning duties in line with site schedules
  • Travel between multiple sites using a company vehicle
  • Collect and return site keys as required and secure buildings when acting as key-holder
  • Provide cover cleaning when needed
  • Check stock levels and deliver cleaning supplies to sites when required
  • Ensure cleaning equipment is present, safe, and working correctly
  • Report any issues relating to cleaning standards, equipment, or sites to management
  • Use the company app to clock in and out, complete forms, request holiday, and access company documents

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
  • Comfortable driving between multiple sites
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and clients
  • Flexible and reliable
  • Confident using a smartphone and mobile apps
  • A DBS completed within the last 2 years
