Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Self-Employed Office Cleaner to provide professional cleaning services for our commercial premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within our office environment, ensuring a welcoming and productive workspace. This role offers flexible working hours, allowing you to manage your own schedule while delivering exceptional cleaning services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
  • Empty rubbish bins and replace liners to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas regularly
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored properly after use
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the relevant management or property owner
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently
  • Reliable with good organisational skills and time management abilities
  • Ability to work flexibly according to client requirements and schedule commitments
  • Own transportation or access to reliable transport is desirable for travelling between sites
