We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operative to cover weekday part-time shifts to join our team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of a luxury student accommodation building in Newcastle. The Cleaning Operative will be required to work during the weekdays on a part-time basis.

Your role will include:

• Communal area cleaning and apartment deep cleaning as and when needed.
• Cleaning duties to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene & safety Reception, Laundry room.
• Residential lifts and lobbies corridors, staircases
• Hoovering/mopping floors/emptying bins
• Interacting with residents and managing onsite cleaning solutions.
• Adhere to COSHH regulations, ensuring the correct use and storage of cleaning substances and materials.
• Inventories and stock room cleaning

Ongoing training and mentoring will be provided by an HPS Field Manager.

Full site inductions are being carried out, and a professional uniform will also be provided and worn daily.
