Mobile Cleaning Operative

Location: Cambridge & Huntingdon (various client sites)
Hours: Monday to Friday (with occasional overtime available)
Salary: Competitive pay (depending on experience)

About the Role

CamClean is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company, and we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our friendly team.

This role involves travelling between commercial sites across Cambridge and Huntingdon, carrying out high-quality cleaning services and supporting our clients whenever additional cover or specialist cleaning is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out commercial cleaning to a consistently high standard.
  • Cover planned and emergency staff absences across multiple sites.
  • Complete periodic deep cleans and specialist cleaning tasks.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and health and safety regulations.
  • Report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and company vehicle in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Represent CamClean professionally at all times.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexible and willing to travel between client sites.
  • Right to work in the UK.
