Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Supervisor, where your leadership skills and attention to detail will ensure a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment for all. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, coordinate cleaning staff, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety across our facilities. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality standards
  • Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
  • Conduct regular inspections of various facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and maintenance needs are met
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to address concerns or special requests
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; reorder as necessary to prevent shortages
  • Promote a positive work environment by motivating staff and recognizing outstanding performance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cleaning services or supervisory roles within the hospitality, commercial, or industrial sectors
  • Valid driving license is essential as successful candidate will be required to travel to other local sites
  • Strong communication skills in English to effectively lead teams and interact with clients
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
