    • Pay: £13.00 per hour*.

    • 30 hours per week, working early and late shifts between the hours of 8am-8pm including alternate weekends (includes paid breaks).
    • You’ll be fully employed by us (not self-employed or zero hours), working in friendly teams of two, cleaning homes to the highest standard.
    • Check stock levels and deliver cleaning supplies to sites when required.
    • Full UK manual driving licence (essential).
    • Provide cover cleaning when needed.
    • Full valid driving licence with a good driving record.
    • Willing to assist with washing up, cleaning and general kitchen duties.
    • Your role will be to support our Head Housekeeper in ensuring all areas of the Home are clean and tidy and infection control guidelines are followed correctly.

Job Description

To carry out cleaning duties following United Learning procedures and policies, working as part of the team.

To ensure that sufficient staffing levels are maintained in the area to meet the business needs.

To carry out cleaning tasks to ensure that a high standard of cleaning is maintained.

To keep equipment clean and maintained and report any faults to your supervisor

Work in a safe manner and adhere to Safe Methods of Work.

To correctly use the cleaning equipment and materials provided, in compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures

Deliver a programme of deep cleans and evening cleaning sessions for all areas of the Academy during the holiday and throughout the year, as directed by the Site Manager

To ensure that all accidents/near misses are reported to the Site Manager.

To follow COSHH Risk Assessments and procedures

To control and issue cleaning materials and equipment.

To ensure that the team provide excellent customer care at all times

To be responsible for locking the school building
