Experienced Cleaner – Apartment Blocks & Properties
St Helens & Liverpool | Must Hold UK Driving Licence

Nicholson Group is seeking an experienced, professional Cleaner to join our award-winning team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our apartment blocks and rental properties are maintained to the highest possible standards, both for existing residents and for new customers moving in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain communal areas of apartment blocks to a consistently high standard.
  • Prepare properties to be immaculately presented and ready for new tenants.
  • Correctly use all cleaning equipment and materials to deliver an exceptional, high-quality finish.
  • Manage and monitor cleaning stock, ensuring supplies are replenished and fragranced products are always available.
  • Take pride in presentation and uphold the company’s reputation for client-centric service and attention to detail.
  • Work independently, managing time and responsibilities effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven cleaning experience in residential or commercial property settings.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality results.
  • Confident in handling cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly.
  • Ability to manage stock control and maintain a professional standard at all times.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Positive, reliable, and client-focused approach.
