Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
  • Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to drive and hold a valid driving licence is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
