Mobile Commercial Cleaning Operative

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Mobile Commercial Cleaning Operative to join our growing team.

This role involves travelling to various commercial sites to deliver high-quality cleaning services and maintain excellent standards for our clients.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this position.

The role will include evening and weekend work, so applicants must be flexible and available to work outside normal daytime hours when required.

Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including offices, corridors, washrooms and communal areas.
  • Travel between various client sites as required.
  • Use appropriate cleaning equipment, machinery and chemicals safely and effectively.
  • Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Restock consumables such as soap, paper towels and toilet rolls where required.
  • Complete evening and weekend shifts depending on client requirements.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages or health and safety concerns promptly.
  • Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and communicate courteously with clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain consistently high cleaning standards across all sites.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence – ESSENTIAL.
  • Availability for evening and weekend work – ESSENTIAL.
  • Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not essential.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and locations.
  • Professional and positive attitude.

Full training will be provided.
