Job Summary

Join our small family business as a Part-Time Cleaner and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests. Duties

  • Change beds and manage laundry
  • Clean guest accommodation, including kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring they meet high standards.
  • Maintain public areas and communal spaces by sweeping and cleaning
  • Restock guest supplies like toiletries, towels, and kitchen supplies to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the management team promptly.
  • Assist with deep cleaning tasks during scheduled intervals or special events to uphold high hygiene standards.
  • Work efficiently within scheduled shifts to ensure all areas are consistently clean and guest-ready.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality cleaning roles is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products to perform tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently while managing time effectively during busy periods.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and guest service.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours including weekends or holidays as needed.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety procedures related to cleaning practices.
