TC Facilities Management is currently recruiting for a Cleaner to join our team to help support our clients.
Location: Lymm, WA13
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Working hours: 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
Shift times: 6:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00
What will you be doing?
- General cleaning of our clients site
- You must be able to work to deadlines and prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail is required
- Required to work independently or in a small team
- Customers may be on site so you need to be polite and courteous at all times
- Full training will be given on all duties and machinery if required

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize designated areas including floors, surfaces, and restrooms
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet hygiene standards
Requirements
- Proficiency in English to understand instructions and communicate effectively
- Ability to drive may be advantageous for transportation
- Strong customer service skills to interact with occupants professionally
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and supervisors efficiently
