The Role

We are looking for reliable, hardworking and friendly Housekeepers to join our team at All Saints Hotel.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering guaranteed hours of 30–40 per week, providing consistency and security while working within a busy hotel and resort environment.

As part of our housekeeping team, you will play an important role in ensuring our bedrooms, public areas and guest facilities are maintained to a consistently high standard. Your attention to detail and pride in your work will directly contribute to the experience our guests receive.

Our housekeeping team is an important part of the wider resort, and we are looking for people who take pride in creating a clean, welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing hotel bedrooms to a consistently high standard.
• Cleaning and maintaining hotel public areas and guest facilities.
• Ensuring bedrooms, bathrooms and facilities are clean, tidy and presented to the required standard.
• Changing bed linen, replenishing towels and restocking guest amenities.
• Restocking housekeeping supplies and ensuring equipment is ready for use.
• Working efficiently to meet daily room-cleaning requirements and operational deadlines.
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage or items requiring attention to the appropriate manager.
• Working closely with Reception, Maintenance and other departments to ensure guest requirements are met.
• Supporting the wider housekeeping team and assisting with other reasonable duties when required.
• Following all hotel health, safety and housekeeping procedures.

• Able to communicate effectively and understand housekeeping instructions.
• Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• A good understanding of English is preferred to ensure housekeeping instructions, health and safety requirements and guest needs can be understood.
