Specialist Cleaning Technician

Manchester and surrounding areas

Start Date: April 2025

***Salary £25,880 00pa, with OTE of £31K***

PLUS commission scheme and potential target driven bonus of £200 per month

Company van + fuel card (no travel costs)

We are now looking to recruit a Specialist Cleaning Technician to join our expanding business on a full-time basis. The business is entering a period of exciting growth, and our unique product offering means that we are a market leader in deep cleaning and decontamination services in the UK. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a busy team, delivering a combination of reactive services and planned/project work to our existing clients and dealing with new business opportunities.

About the Role

· Cleaning and waste removal tasks for customers across a range of sectors

· Deep cleaning and disinfection services for all types of businesses

· Use of equipment such as vacs, floor scrubbers, jet washers and other specialist tools

· Regular travel to various customer sites across the region

About You

· A full UK Driving Licence and good driving history is essential

· Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and nights

· Able to work away from home on project works

· Experience in cleaning and waste roles is preferred but not essential

· Clear and confident customer facing and communication skills

· Able to use everyday technology tools such as tablets and mobile phones

Excellent range of benefits

· Competitive basic salary of £25,880pa plus bonuses and incentives.

· Overtime premium rates at time and half for weekdays at time and half for hours worked before 7am and after 7pm.

· Double time is paid for all work done on Bank Holidays.

· Fully paid for company van and fuel card for all business travel
