Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Cleaner, you will ensure that all areas are kept in pristine condition, contributing to a welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
  • Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, communal areas and all outdoor premises to ensure high standards of hygiene.
  • Maintain cleanliness of windows, surfaces, and furniture as required.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, ensuring they are stored correctly after use.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests or concerns from staff or visitors in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly disposition.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
