Thursday-Monday 2 hours each day - AM

The Glynne Arms Pub - Hawarden

The Role:

Execute a range of cleaning tasks, ensuring that designated areas are cleaned, sanitised, and orderly.

Scope of Works: Pub / Restaurant / Dining Area:

Full clean of customer seating area including tables, chairs, and all hard and soft surfaces. Sweep and mop floors, remove waste, and sanitise high-touch points (doors, handles, partitions, etc.).

Clean internal glass, ledges, and visible decorative features. Washrooms, cubicles, disabled toilet (Male & Female): Clean and disinfect all toilets, urinals, sinks, taps, mirrors, and fixtures.

Refill consumables (soap, paper, toilet rolls). Mop and sanitise floors and wipe down walls and partitions as required. Offices and Communal / Staff Areas:

Wipe desks, furniture, and touch points. Vacuum or mop floors as appropriate.

Empty bins and replace liners. Clean kitchenette, sinks, and appliances (external surfaces only). General:

All waste to be collected and removed to the designated waste area. Cleaning to be carried out outside of customer service hours to minimise disruption.

Use of food-safe and approved cleaning products in all relevant areas.

Assist in inventory management by maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies and reporting shortages to the supervisor. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks, ensuring the well-being of yourself, colleagues, and warehouse occupants. Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery and a harmonious working environment within warehouse sites.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, preferably within warehouse or industrial settings.

Basic understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and cleaning agents.

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Good communication skills for interactions with colleagues and warehouse staff.

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Awareness of health and safety practices within warehouse environments.
