Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised Part Time Office Assistant to support our administrative team. The working hours are Monday 9-5pm, Wednesday 9-5pm and Friday 9-4pm. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in various office software. The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining smooth office operations, handling data entry, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Organising schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating databases regularly
  • Supporting team members with clerical tasks such as preparing correspondence and reports

Experience
