Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various clerical tasks. This position requires proficiency in data entry, familiarity with office management software, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
  • Maintain the organisation of office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars using Google Suite.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and conducive to productivity.
