WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

8:30am: Collect keys from the agents for your 1st inspection
9:00am: First Inspection - Conduct the inventory inspection at your first property.
10:50am: Conduct a 10- minute check-in with new tenants
11:00am: Take a 30 minute break

12:00pm: Collect keys from the agents for your 2nd inspection
12:30pm: Second Inspection - Conduct the inventory inspection at your 2nd property.
2:20pm: Conduct a 10- minute check-in with new tenants
2:30pm: Take a 30 minute break

3:00pm: Collect keys from the agents for your 3rd inspection
4:00pm: Third Inspection - Conduct the inventory inspection at your 3rd property.
5:50pm: Conduct a 10- minute check-in with new tenants
6:00pm: Home time !

The Nitty Gritty:

  • This role requires you to travel to different parts of London each day, so you must like working outside of the office.
  • All clerks including this position must work every Saturday, however you will get one day off during the week and every Sunday off.
  • We cannot take holidays during the moth of July, August and September. However, you get 28 days holiday including all bank holidays.
  • We're looking for someone who can start on 14th July 2026
