About Procure Plus

Do you want to work for a business that does more than just talk about corporate citizenship and making a difference? At Procure Plus, we are driven by a purpose. To find out more, simply read on.

We provide cost-effective, high-quality procurement solutions for social housing landlords and other public sector bodies. We win work by being the best and invest our hard-earned surplus into our core commitment of creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals who have been traditionally left on the sidelines. This amounts to several hundred people having the dignity of the work that they seek and deserve.

But we're also more than just work ourselves; we're all about our people. Our culture is apparent in all that we do, and we are committed to providing an environment where our team can grow, be themselves, and flourish, both professionally and personally.

About You and the Role

If you're the kind of person who loves building strong relationships and finding ways to make things better, then you're just the person we want on our team. We're currently seeking an Account Delivery Manager to be the face of our client interactions, working in sync with your colleagues to ensure our services not only meet but consistently exceed expectations, to grow our business and consequently our social impact. You'll be the one ensuring our clients get the most value out of our services, how they appoint their supply chain, making their lives easier and more efficient. You'll advise on compliance and risk management, develop a solid grasp of construction contract law, and help to resolve rare disputes amicably among clients, contractors, and suppliers.

We want to hear your fresh ideas and will encourage your initiative. We'll give you the room to shine and make a real impact. We want you to always be on the lookout for opportunities to innovate and improve, helping us learn from experience and elevate future projects.

Why work with us?

We’re dedicated professionals who believe work should be enjoyed, not endured. We offer flexibility wherever we can, because we understand you also have a life outside of work. Our work environment is relaxed and friendly, diverse and inclusive; somewhere you will feel valued and respected.

Regardless of your role, we reward ability, performance, and a positive attitude with a comprehensive package that caters to your needs. Our package includes a company bonus, a generous holiday allowance (25 days plus bank holidays for full-time employees, increasing to 30 days plus bank holidays over time), healthcare coverage, a pension scheme with matched contributions up to 7%, life assurance, salary sacrifice schemes, and free parking.

Procure Plus is experiencing an exciting time of growth as we expand our services and reach a broader audience nationwide, whilst maintaining our position as a leading framework for social housing.
