Do you have the following?:
  • Active NMC Registration
  • Previous management and senior nursing experience in adult social care settings
  • Detailed knowledge of clinical governance and nursing best practices
  • The ability to lead, motivate, develop and delegate to others and be part of a supportive team
  • Experience of promoting a caring and friendly environment where the philosophy of person-centred care is at the heart of everything you do, including the empowerment of residents to fully participate in all decisions relating to them
  • The ability to form relationships with a wide range of people, including residents and their families, the home team and medical professionals
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
