NQ–3 PQE Medical Negligence Solicitor (Personal Injury) - Award-Winning Firm

Location: London | Hybrid Working Available

You'll gain exposure to complex, life-changing cases while receiving exceptional mentoring, structured development, and the support needed to become a true specialist in this rewarding area of law.

The Role

  • Managing claimant Medical Negligence matters from initial instruction through to resolution
  • Assessing the merits of new enquiries and advising prospective clients
  • Taking detailed client instructions and reviewing medical evidence
  • Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
  • Drafting witness statements, schedules of loss and legal documentation
  • Preparing instructions to Counsel and medical experts
  • Advising clients throughout the litigation process, including settlement advice
  • Assisting Partners on complex, catastrophic injury and multi-million-pound claims

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer (NQ–3 years PQE)
  • Experience in Medical Negligence, Clinical Negligence or Claimant Personal Injury during training or post-qualification
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • Empathy, resilience and professionalism when supporting vulnerable clients
