Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Clinical Research Site Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our clinical research sites. This pivotal role involves managing day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a collaborative environment that drives research forward. Duties

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research studies at the site, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise and mentor research staff, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement
  • Oversee participant recruitment, enrollment, and retention processes to meet study timelines and objectives
  • Maintain rigorous compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Study Protocols, and other regulatory standards
  • Manage site targets, resources, and inventory to optimize operational efficiency
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity throughout all stages of research activities
  • Collaborate with vendors, internal and external teams to facilitate smooth study progress and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience within clinical or research settings
  • Strong background in scientific or clinical research methodologies and protocols
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Laboratory experience or familiarity with laboratory procedures is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of compliance management related to clinical trials and research regulations
